I have linen sheets and duvets from there for the summer, and they've held up well. The quality of them is similar to pottery barn for a fraction of the price, so I'd definitely buy more home items

I have their cashmere, silk, and a leather jacket and the quality is great for the price. Mine have held up great, but I baby my clothes and they usually last.

Cashmere not good quality. Ordered a watch band and handbag strap, liked those. Liked a pair of ponte pants. Hit or miss.

Really happy with their bedding and solid 14k gold jewelry. The leather is cheap (the woven might be better b/c it hides the cheapness) and the clothes are hit or miss - I have some item that I just love and some that are awful. Every item comes from a different factory so the sizing is not consistent. You just have to order and try on every item. You cannot assume that the same item six months apart will fit the same.

I need to tell myself to just stop falling for their stuff. It's never looks as good in person as it does on the screen. If they were a brick and mortar operation no one would ever buy their stuff

I’ve bought a ring and a small purse. The small purse lasted a year. The ring stones fell out and customer service said “too bad, so sad.” So I am hesitant to buy anything else from them.
