I find that spending a few weeks eating only salmon or eggs for protein, with a lot of berries and green salads (any dressing, full fat) and unlimited veg, and sweet potato with olive oil when I want some carbs, tends to make me lose weight really fast and I don't feel hungry at all. I'm 46.
It takes a few days of this to reset, and then the hunger disappears and the food I am eating tastes really good and becomes what I crave. |

She doesn’t care what anyone else thinks. She’s chic, stylish, active, living her best and happiest life in her older years. Her happiness at her age trumps any feelings I have about potential side effects, though I hope she starts to lift weights in addition to her current walking regimen. |
