Same! I was in the teens in my twenties and in the 120s in my thirties and early 40s. I’d be thrilled to be back at 135 but seem stuck at 150 despite a month of dieting!

Similar age and numbers here.
Was stuck at 150 for ages but have now broken through, losing very well now (1.2lbs a week for the last few months). Its interesting.

Good question - the only thing i can think of is added a bit more protein and fiber (i.e. filling foods). Therefore not eating much chocolate or ice cream for eg, not feeling that craving.

Thanks. That’s what I’ve been trying to do too and avoid sweets and the scale has finally budged from 145.

130 for me but that was at this point 7 pregnancies ago (no, I don't have 7 kids).

5'4". Around 130. I'm not small boned and I prefer to have some curves. When I was 115-120, I just didn't like how I looked. When I was 140-150, I also didn't like how I looked.

120 or a little under. Currently 125 and I don't think I look bad, but I feel more comfortable a little under this weight.

137 and it’s too high. I was 132 most of my adult life and was always trying to get below 130. At age 50 I can’t get below my current weight unless I cut all carbs and sugar. Sigh.

For 5'4'' - 115-120 is where you want to be.

I love everyones opinions though

Around 120. I'm pretty muscular with broad shoulders and defined arms, larger thighs, medium frame. I don't look much different at a lower weight (i just tend to get bonier in the torso) and at this weight I can basically eat whatever as long as I stay active.

That’s way too low for me. I weighed that much after a bad break up in my early 20’s and looked sick. I’d like to be around 130. Right now I’m 145, but eating very poorly, but will working out etc. I’ve come to learn over the years the same weight looks very different on people of the same height.
