I’m curious if anyone is getting insurance coverage for weight loss. I have 30 BMI but no diabetes/prediabetes. |
My insurance covers Wegovy, but not Zepbound, unless Wegovy is tried and failed first. Even then Zepbound eould cost $500+. Wegovy only costs me $25. |
I’m in evaluations for it, but it seems like my insurance should cover it (BCBS) for severe obesity. |
(And to be clear, I am not on it yet so I can’t speak for sure)
|
So you're stealing drugs intended for diabetics? You're disgusting. |
Zepbound and Wegovy are manufactured, prescribed, and sold for weight management. Take it up with Eli Lilly for putting the meds in one box and not the other. |
Neither of those medicines are for diabetics. And by the way, most of us who need these medications are on the precipice of diabetes and trying to avoid it. This isn’t a vanity play. |
Hardly. the same. |

I feel like I won the lottery when they had one box of the 7.5 mg in stock at my pharmacy!!! |
What weight loss clinics do you go to in the Fairfax area? |
Where? |
