Vegetable Gardening help

I'm a newbie gardener; growing a few tomato and squash plants in containers. My zucchini plant seems only to be producing male flowers. Any idea what might be wrong? They get full sun, 6-7 hours a day.

I grew zucchini last year. I seem to recall reading I should shake them all around a bit to help with polination. I think I also read a way you can more precisely polinate. Supposedly the flowers are quite a delicacy, though I have never eaten any. Our zucchini turned out well until the white flies found out about them and told all their friends. None of the natural methods worked so they ate the entire plants.
