Babysitter wages?

What are parents paying babysitters these days? Hourly? This would be for high school/college student watching 1 infant. How much more if you add a 2-year old?

We have an 11 month old son.

We pay our high school babysitter $8/hr
Professional/23 year old $10/hr
Nanny $15/hr

We are pregnant with our 2nd child and I plan to bump all the rates up by $2-$3 per hour
