As far as I know, I have yet to see breast implants that look natural on a thin/small-framed woman. There are (small and very thin) women at my gym that have them, and it seems SO obvious. I do have a friend with implants, but she is very curvy (my height but probably about 20lb heavier) and I would never know if she didn't tell me. But small framed women- is it even possible?
If anyone has a picture (or just a name of a celeb or whatever), please post a link. Did Kate Hudson get them, or does she still have the post-preg boobs? |

I'm shaped almost exactly like Gwen Stefani and the same flat flat flat chest. I've considered implants for a few years now, but am afraid I might not have enough to "work" with and end up looking VERY obvious. If I did get them I'd probably only do a small c.
I actually know another woman, very petite and believe it our not, she got "A" implants. After BF 3 children, she just wanted her old boobs back. I can assure you that you cannot tell she has implants. |
| I have 2 friends with thin/ athletic builds that have implants, both actually due to reconstruction after cancer treatment. You would never know. They both opted for basically the same size chest they had before (both about a B, one is maybe a small C?)- looks natural, also the type of implant is important (saline looks more fake to many people but were the sort of industry standard for a long time before R&D of new alternatives) |
| I think if you get the same size you were destined to have genetically, they can look natural. But it seems that anyone who goes bigger than that, it looks off. |
| I think they all look unnatural on small framed people because they're so perfectly round and upright. If you hug someone with implants, you can also feel that they're fake. My gym is filled with small woman with implants of various sizes and you can always tell. I always thought I'd get implants someday, but after seeing how they look, I'd rather stick with my small, imperfect but natural looking frame. |

I know a very petite woman--size 0-2, maybe 5' 3"--that went up to a B. Looked very natural.
Nicole Richie's look natural to me. Two are links because the pictures are so large http://photos-3.posh24.com/p/1373668/z/nicole_richie/nicole_richie_implants_bigger.jpg http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-i6Ul8oKDs28/Tsk-12Jj6ZI/AAAAAAAAIOg/4Zrs4OiQBrs/s1600/37a44d9cd2f824c54aeaa4b4e467fdbf.jpg

| I think Nicole Ritchie looks better before... |
| Pleasebe kind about this, many more women are getting mastectomys due to genetic cancer risks. Even if they don't want fake boobs they have to do it for their health... |
Ditto this. My friends could not tell I had breast implants done, even in a bikini. I am only 5'2" and 115 pounds. But I had been wearing padded bras for so long that it was hard to tell once I had breast implants. If your implants are small enough to naturally drop into your breast pocket, they will look (and feel) quite natural. |
| This is a timely thread for me- I'm not getting implants, but my very, very thin friend is. I was totally shocked when she told me because she's the admittedly super crunchy type who is into everything organic and natural. Feeds her kids almost exclusively organic foods, had natural unmedicated child births in a birthing tub, does not vaccinate, etc. I can't reconcile the fact that she's so natural yet getting implants. |
I'm all about avoiding chemicals and pesticides yet I regularly get Botox. I guess it just means I'm vain. |
| Dr. Olding. You need to just go for a consult. You are getting misinformation here. He can tell you how to get natural looking ones. However, when naked, anyone will always know the are fake, and when in a bikini (or similar skimpy gym attire) it will be somewhat noticeable. However, "I have a friend" that got implants from dr. Olding, and they are amazing. Even in a bikini they don't look fake. |
| I know its because my eyes have been culturally brainwashed but I would MUCH prefer looking at naked boobs that are clearly fake over naked long, saggy, wide ones that are natural........which says quite a bit about how I feel about my own (not so great) body |
