I think it’s probably half half. He’ll be dead by then, so let’s focus. |

Why make Americans suffer for Trump’s total lie of a stolen election? He is absolutely pathetic. He lost; he just can’t accept it. |
|
I think that, as part of his sociopathy, everything he says is what he thinks will "win" the particular moment. It's just that, given his decline, he's far less artful about it than he once was. |
|
He is bragging about passing a test with tough equations. One that most people have a lot of trouble with. But not him.

I voted against Trump three times. I don't like the double standard here but I can understand why it exists. Trump has always been the chaos candidate/chaos president. Saying crazy things is part of his brand. And he floods the zone with so much crap that no one thing he says leaves much of a lasting impression. It's been less than a week since he said he was glad Mueller had died and nobody is talking about that anymore. Biden, on the other hand, ran on a platform of being sane and competent. It worked for him in 2020 but for anybody who watched the Trump-Biden debate that year and the one in 2024 his decline was obvious. And that one bad debate made such an impression because his unscripted public appearances were so limited. |
I think that this is an accurate description of what’s going on. |
