Typical BS. Men are always vulnerable, innocent, and cannot control themselves. It will always be the woman who is the problem. Always. Don't you get tired of all your mansplaining |
A contract doesn’t have to be in writing. Contracts can be formed through verbal agreement or through conduct. In his lawsuit, Brad said their conduct formed an implied contract, and the judge did not toss out his claim. They also signed a transfer restriction/agreement that shares in the Miraval holding company could not be sold unless 75% of shareholders approved of the transfer. Angelina tried to go around that agreement by structuring her sale to claim that she was only selling her personal holding company, Nouvel. Brad never tried to nickel and dime her. He literally gifted her 10% of the shares in Miraval for free, and invested his own money into the business after she stopped contributing. He invested tens of millions of dollars more than she did into the business, and then she tried to reap the profit of his money and labor by selling her shares to a buyer he didn’t approve of. |
Cartoon movies make a fortune and little to with Jolie being in them. |
She probably started the alienation long before the plane. |
Pre-existing agreement they couldn’t sell their half without the others approval. And he bought the whole thing and was stupid enough to give her half as a wedding gift. |
So where was Brad? |
+1 It seems that poor Brad is dim-witted. |
6 kids aren't wrong... |
Yes, their argument on the plane was about Brad’s belief that she was trying to alienate him from his children. She knew the marriage was imploding, and she was setting the stage to get sole custody and alienate him from his children. https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2023/06/brad-pitt-angelina-jolie-miraval-rose-divorce |
This is ridiculous. He's a self admitted drunk |
Her discovery requests won't be denied. Someone posted on the first page that he didn't like she filed the papers she filed in court was public. That was the reason why he walked away from the deal. It's relevant to the case. |
That person is just as delusional as Brad is. Shiloh has to put an AD out in the paper. She's finishing the process before her court hearing. Brad is an idiot and walked right into giving her the platform to talk about the abuse. She doesn't really want him to drop it. She just wants to be able to say she gave him the chance to back before details are public. |
And he was right about the argument. From the moment they got married, she wanted gone. But only on her terms. |
Then he should have created a prenup. |
He was complacent because he had only dealt with a standup person like Jennifer Aniston previously. |
