So when every person gets eliminated they then get their internal organs removed + sold??!

The organ harvesting was a side hustle for some of the guards. It was not part of the Games and that’s why Mr. Front Man killed the guards involved in the organ harvesting

The money in the piggy bank came from the rich men who watched the Games, including the Host.

The guards were under as much scrutiny and control as the contestants. After all, you see them killed for breaking any rules. My impression is that they were lured into jobs as guards but didn't realize the deadly aspect of the job until they'd signed on, just like the contestants. It's not a job you can just quit.

Spoiler alert : I don’t think this show is appropriate for 10-13 yo. Not only is it violent but they are forced to kill their friends. Everyone dies. It’s ok for adults but it’s very violent. And the sex scene kind of disgusting.

No, when they die they get cremated.
Some guards and a doctor were illegally running an organ trafficking operation. They were killed when it was discovered.
