Intake at 2nd grade?

Does anyone know of schools that have significant intake in 2nd grade? I know most will admit a child if spaces open up through attrition, but does anyone know of schools that routinely add children in 2nd grade? Or 3rd?

I think Maret takes some second-graders. Georgia Irvin's book lists intake years and numbers, although it's a little out of date so the information may not be entirely accurate.
