Hayfield Investigation Report

The Northern VA High School Football Coaches Association requested a copy of the legal findings and the request was denied because of Human Relations issues. Any lawyers on this site that have advice about the next step?

It’s over now, so it doesn’t matter much anymore. But if it means that much to you, learn understand FOIA and keep filing requests until they respond, or hire someone who knows the process to file them for you.

Still no report released? Still hiding behind "HR matter". Public funds used for (multiple) investigations into this matter, legal counsel to defend FCPS in the matter of FCPS vs. VHSL. We deserve to know the findings. Kudos to Football Coaches' Association for continuing to fight as well.

Why can’t they be made to redact? And wrongdoings by Reid shouldn’t be protected by personnel issues. She is an extremely highly paid public official.

Unfortunately, we are seeing this more and more across the country.
We have far too many "educators" who are actually predators.
And, I say this as a former public school teacher.
