TIA!

He'd have to commute from Goochland County, but, honestly, I don't know any really good schools in conservative areas in Virginia. He'd have to move to a rural area, hence why the schools would be terrible.

No reason the schools would be terrible. There might be fewer students capable of advanced work, but the offerings might be better than the NOVA districts which have been pushing equity. 7th grade algebra or 6th grade will be easier to get in rural areas pretty soon.

Keep dreaming. There are almost no AP classes in rural area and teaching is abysmal simply because the kids have no interest in studying. The main drivers of advanced education are the parents' income and education levels. Rural America is mostly meth, not MIT PhDs.

No interest in studying? Lol
And you think urban youth are killing it at school?

“Urban youth”? Really?

Narrow box? Roughly 45% of the US is pro life.

Just imagine it was reverse and someone asked for a good school district for a liberal family with gay child. Would there be as much hate? Somewhere south, maybe. But do you want to be like those “right wing nuts”? You are no different.

If someone is actively trying to take away rights from others or force their will on others (with detrimental effects) I have a problem with that.

That is not at all equivalent to someone being gay.

I'm sure you're trying to take away rights from other people like the 2nd Amendment, so it's not like you're some kind of angel. You are no different.

I support common sense gun laws - which do not take away 2A rights.

I have a problem with people trying to take away rights from others or force their will on others.

What about women (females) and their right to single-sex spaces? Urinary leash, anyone?

Everyone has the right to privacy. And to not be assaulted or harassed. I support individual spaces for people to change or use the bathroom.

You’re comparing a gay student’s right to a safe school to a conservative parent’s desire for a school where their child can openly advocate for forced-birth without being challenged?

That’s your subjective interpretation. Have you heard of lipstick on a pig? Nice try though.

By all means, please try to dig yourself out of the hole you dug by, as you put it, putting lipstick on a pig. Though, it’s kind of weird that you acknowledge your forced-birth position is a “pig.”

I don’t have a forced birth-position (reading comprehension? See my comments) I just can’t stand hate and intolerance. Also, you are not very good at debate.

I'd recommend Springfield, Burke, or Loudoun and leaning into groups like youth group, American Heritage Girls/Trail Life, etc.

I know Lewis HS is in Springfield. Is Edison also considered Springfield?

Not commutable to Fairfax but Lynchburg Va public schools would be right up their alley.

You think? In the last presidential election Lynchburg was fairly split with almost 50% voting Democrat and 47% Republican.
