Really? I live a block from Clarendon's WF-but work near the Oldtown one. It is so much bigger! You cant even fit two carts in the same aisle in the Arlington store. I find Alex's carries more stuff. However, staff is fabulous at Arl. I love the parking guy--he's hilarious. We share many eye rolls over the type As....maybe you are one of them .

I love Oldtown.

I like Arlington plenty, but I'm suspicious when Arlington people bash Alexandria so much. Is it because Alexandria's residential zoning does not look like someone threw a dart at an architectural dartboard? Any block in N. Arlington easily has one random house after another that look like they dropped out of the sky at that location...$800K homes next to $400K homes next to $1.5 mil homes...and at the end of the block...a locksmith and a KFC. Weird.
