One does not need to be a good coach to win if they are a good recruiter and collector of talented players that would still win if that coach were not there....

I have news for you outside of SR She has a reputation for how she speaks/yells at the players, she does not hide this, she has put it on full display several times, and that's not necessarily what i would consider being a good coach, what I have witnessed was borderline mental abuse...

I know nothing about her not even her name, what I do know is good coaches build programs and SR is stacked like a skyscraper for the next few years.

Again I know nothing about her but she has 3 consecutive ISL championships.

She’s recruited or kept the deepest 27, 28 and now 29 class in the ISL.

Can’t speak to nothing else but what I can see looks like a good coach.

SR has turned into the Bullis of the ISL. The BOT and the admin have gone all in when it comes to athletics. The school has invested millions in facilities / athletics upgrades.

No other ISL school would put up with SR coaches childish behavior - none.
