She just admitted her mom isn't from Spain. According to the obit someone posted, her grandpa is from Iowa.

I just wanted to say this is the cast of a popular spanish tv show as an example. You can see they are not latin nor mixed. Obviously not so blonde as in the north of europe, but definitely white.
