What has he ever done to tackle crime in the Ward, particularly in the areas where it has increased more dramatically? If crime rates are dropping now, we can attribute it to Draconian policing and not Frumin.

On the projects, the funding of the projects could be halted while the issue is sorted, no? Why should taxpayers bear that burden? How is Frumin helping us? How is he making Ward 3 safer for its residents?
