The injustice of being convicted of lesser crimes than trying to overthrow the election? Those poor people!

In the eyes of the protestors, the “election” was fake. They thought they were protesting tyranny.

Yes I feel bad they’ve rotted for 4 years with no trial. Unjust and UnAmerican.

So using this insane logic it would be fine to assassinate the president IF you “thought” he was a fascist who was harming US citizens?!

The only ones who haven’t been to trial are those charged late or those who’ve requested delays.

Your side might start winning elections again when you stop thinking about your fellow Americans as ‘trash’.

Trump has repeatedly referred to certain Americans, and American cities, as trash. He called the whole country a trash can at least once. But they probably didn't show that on Fox News.

But Biden has shown that he doesn’t care about the rule of law with his clemencies and pardons. The cash-for-kids judge was at least as bad as these traitors. The family pardons are just a slap in the face. At this point, I don’t see why Trump should be held to a different standard than Biden. Biden picked his horrific criminals to favor, let Trump pick his.

I’m numb to it. Trump, Biden, they’re the same and neither cares about the rule of law. Whatever.

Trump made no secret of the fact that he had a vendetta against those public servants for doing their job and the Biden family. He has also proven that he is above the rule of law and can do whatever the f*ck he wants to whoever. So what would you do if you were Biden? Leave all of these innocent people to Trump’s devices? Make no mistake. Trump’s threats forced Biden to do this. You would do the same. Trump’s cruelty has no bounds, and Biden did the noble thing by sacrificing his own legacy to protect them. And now, thanks to Trump’s vindictiveness, this precedent is set and will likely be the new norm.

And if you are equating Fauci, one if the most renowned medical experts in the world, to the J6 attackers, I call BS in your “these last two months” claim.

Fauci makes sense as a preemptive pardon, because Fauci probably did commit actions that might be classified (unfairly and unjustly) as a crime with an aggressive and politically-motivated prosecutor. It was a one-of-a-kind situation, and I believe Fauci did the best he could with good intentions. I don’t want him prosecuted — I think that is catastrophic for public health — but I could see how he could be. I support the pardon of Fauci.

But Biden’s family is not in the same situation. Trump could have gone after Hillary Clinton in his first term, and did not. Unlike Fauci, We don’t know anything about what they did during his term (and now, we never will). And if Biden was truly worried about retribution only, he would have also pardoned his own wife, who is likely to face charges at some point for helping obscure Biden’s true decline, or Hillary Clinton. No, this is clearly just outright corruption and only party loyalists don’t see it (or more likely, see it but won’t acknowledge it).

But even putting those aside, the clemencies and pardons outside of his family are a slap in the face to the victims of those criminals. You want me to believe the cash-for-kids judge is so much worse than the mob at the Capitol? Not to the children he trafficked and whose lives he destroyed, I would wager.

I’m sorry, I just cannot buy that pardoning the traitorous J6 criminals is any worse than what Biden did with his pardons and clemencies. If you had told me this in July, I would have been furious. But after the past two months of the Biden presidency, I simply do not care.

This isn’t true. Trump told Bill Barr to investigate Hillary Clinton. They conducted a two year investigation that came up with nothing.

Biden acted to protect family members from similar fishing expeditions.

Sheesh. Tario helped plan J6, whether he was there or not. Why would anyone here complain when he was rightfully sentenced?

Prove to us that the crimes committed in 2020 were by Democrats! Many of those people were anarchists. Prove also that none were jailed. I'll wait.

Meanwhile, Kyle Rittenhouse crossed state lines with a gun to insert himself into an already volatile situation then killed two people...and is hailed by the right as a hero. Curious.
