This would mean that no everyone from BLC 2030 Blue makes Capital Blue, maybe half do, which makes sense |
Capital needs to fill out two 2030 teams. The 30 girls selected for the capital academy wont fill two rosters. They'll need another 10-15 girls outside of it. |
Yes but if they’re actively recruiting these other girls they’re not likely going on Orange |
| If Capital is trying to put together the best 2030 team, they need to recruit the girls in the area that play for Baltimore teams. |
Those girls aren't coming back, there's a reason they drive to Baltimore. |
| They’ll still get their players recruited to insane schools, and continue the tradition of driving their MD critics positively batty … |
Baltimore parent here. We don’t really think about you at all. |
Your performance on these pages says otherwise |
Can someone tell me more about Capital's recruiting of middle school players? I'm familiar with HB, the clinics, and even now the Academy. But I am not familiar with any active recruiting of middle school players. Who on the Capital leadership team is responsible for overseeing this recruiting? Who are the lieutenants that execute the recruiting program? How does the process work? |
I think your over estimating the amount of 2030 DMV area girls left town for balt clubs. It is not a long list. |
No it's not a long list but it's not like the DMV is overflowing with talent. You have a handful of BLC girls that are really good, and maybe a couple in the other clubs around the area. |
If you take into account Moco players, the list gets twice as long. |
Maybe 5 total? |

Capital’s teams have not really been impressive in recent years. The current BLC team is better than a typical Capital team.
