Ah, the appearance of an investigation of the appearance of a potential for the appearance of a conflict of interest (and beating dead horse nobody has EVER told me what advantage Burisma or its owner actually gained as a result of Biden's board membership).

Yesterday or today (blur and I've seen/hear testimony in snatches) Stefanik pounced (for the umpteenth time) on the aid was released and there was no investigation (oh? so this ever so important corruption continues w/no investigation and Trump isn't pushing the matter any more?), AND (she clinched) the president DID meet with the president of Ukraine.

Ah, but not at the White House. Not yet and probably not ever. Why? Because he never got his announcement.

For those that don't remember Too. He is himself a Korean immigrant, happened to be the primary author of the infamous Torture Memo, and doesn't believe there are any limits on executive power.

THANK YOU JIM HIMES. It’s illegal for the President to withhold congressionally appropriated aid FOR ANY REASON. Whether he doesn’t like foreign aid or is concerned about the corruption level in the country receiving it is IRRELEVANT.
