What 2011 teams are qualifying this year??

We spend a lot of time on this board trashing the USYNT process, so I would be careful about assigning anyone "best player status" based on that recognition alone. Unless you work for top drawer or another pay to play site who almost exclusively uses this designation to rank players.

This isn't meant to disparage either player, but rather point out that both teams have some extremely talented players and neither team could consistently perform at the level they do without a number of strong players. I would say, arguably, a handful on either squad, as well as a number of teams across the country have talent at the USYNT level that are not getting an invite. For example, Michigan Hawks and Concorde Fire aren't performing as top teams in the nation with one star player. Additionally, just backing out the mid-Atlantic conference from the roster, there are 2 players from Courage and only 1 each from RU and ARL - while not unbelievable, is a little odd.

In the end, it boils down how much pull the club has within the USYNT system, which player a club decides to back and talent of the chosen player.

I know both teams very well. Those 2 are definitely the best players on each team.

Coach ducked practice today and the other one was described as making a b line after practice. I assume it was to catch a flight vs avoiding parents but who knows.

You must be a joy to be around. Calling kids names, stalking coaches…. No wonder they didn’t invite your DD. My guess is YOU are the problem your kids face in their youth soccer journey. You probably don’t even recognize that bad parent behavior can alienate a coach to your children. Hopefully you learn before it kills your kids chances. If bet you won’t.

ME? blah blah. That would apply if the WHOLE TEAM wasn’t going. Would apply in any other club but FVU. The reason the 10s are short on players is because of that very person. Smart ones left… i expect the same will happen with this team not that that the staff cares. We are beyond burnt bridges lol. Folks have reached no fks given what is the team’s recourse status.

Anyways hopefully DD dresses warm and kick butt out there. If this is a parent You can post in the team chat and put the blame on the staff and probably not get your head bit off. Parents are aware as im sure you can see things are bubbling.

If this is a staffer dont deflect from bad club behavior. Parents are calling you out on BS in forums and in real life via paper trail letters. And that is not bad behavior. Thats called accountability.
