I assume the above poster was referring to the MegaSixes event last weekend run by ThinkLax. A team made up of mostly BLC girls won the 2030 division.

Yes, a bunch of 13 year old girls should be embarrassed. Are you ok? M&DDC isn’t pretending to be something they aren’t. We know that BLC is ranked well above them. The sixes tournament was put together by the parents to get extra reps, and the full team wasn’t included. Relax.

I don’t agree with all of these bads and goods and funs and not funs. But can we all try to talk about these children and their families with some basic level of decency and respect? The girls are having fun playing a sport with each other, they don’t talk trash as much as the posters here. If only their parents had as much sense.

Better things to talk about than how an A team beat a B team at sixes.

First major tourney is over two weeks away. A lot of movement this past summer including coaching changes for a few teams. Can't wait to see some of these matchups!

The point of the league is get better by playing the best competition. If M&D DC has an A team, then it is a disservice for the girls to play in B. Playing hard games will get them ready for summer and HS. The record does not matter.
