Tell me about Kenwood Golf & Country club

We live in the District and want to join a nice club to just play tennis and swim. Tell me what you like about it.

We don't belong but friends do. They love the swim programs, indoor pool and gym. They are not big golfers (occasionally though) but she plays tennis fairly regularly. Their kids are involved in tennis, golf and swim lessons all the time.

It definitely has more of a community feel. Not pretentious like Chevy Chase or Congressional. It seems like many area families are at Kenwood.
