Capital does. They have conversations with girls who are on the bubble of either getting moved down or cut completely weeks in advance of tryouts. Decisions on movement are made with the tryout going into soph year.

I only know it happened one year because I know the people who were affected.

The players who moved down were welcomed by the orange teammates, ultimately had a positive experience and are now committed to very good schools of their choosing.

Dude and or Saccharine call me what you want but the two 2026 girls that moved from Blue to Orange after freshman year were both awesome and welcomed on Orange as was stated. They are both also committed to amazing schools.

The point was just that there was at least one instance where a move happened without notice. Those players are very talented players and nice girls who have committed to play at the schools of their choosing.

This was two years ago and it seems that Capital got the message because they now talk to more players than they need to before making changes. It’s completely irrelevant for the 2029s as far as I am concerned. Take it to the 2026 board if you are still upset about the way they used to handle it.

Seems pretty evident Capital is still feeling pretty threatened with all their aggressive posts. You'd think if they thought things were a clear win, they wouldn't be regularly taking unsolicited shots. The fall should be interesting.

Just by observation, seems like all the best players at mddc went to capital. I don’t think capital is threatened by a nobody B league club. The fact that the PP is assuming capitals are making these posts shows MDDC is threatened. Great job caps on recruiting a strong blue and orange team!

MDDC has slipped from #11 to #14 and has now lost half its players to Capital.

If the two best players are still there that is a catastrophic mistake on their parts. Playing in lower brackets in big tournaments will not help you get seen.
