The good thing about DC, is that politics are not new to us. We don’t lose sight of the end goal: the people. We, the civilians, many of us on DCUM have decorated our study and our lives to supporting the people, even to their ignorance. On all levels. Local, state, federal. Even if we have never seen this level of horror in a formal office of stature, power, reverence, and respect: we have survived a lot. MLK Assassination, marches ... the true public servants are servants to the COMMON GOOD. Their reputation if unveiled will be honored or exposed.


There were good actors trying to support good and prevent total destruction within this Trump administration, and they were brave to engage. More in the beginning than the end. So many tried to engage and shape/inform/advise for what is right I know that there will be many layers of this unfortunate scandal that we will unveil in time.

What Trump wanted was so narrow in focus as to 1) not be motivated by the benefits to the American Greater Good, and 2) to not actually be effective at reducing corruption anywhere.
