Explain how someone with a pending asylum case and a work visa issued by Biden could have been deported by Trump without some circuit court putting a hold on it.

This is the crux of the immigration issue. Trump is working to get illegal aliens out of our country and democrats are working desperately to prevent him from doing that and keeping illegal aliens here - even those who have committed violent crimes. Quite a stark difference.

DP. It’s not an either or. You can still give people a chance to be heard before deporting them. For example by hiring more asylum officers and immigration judges. But instead they’d rather waste money by illegally firing a bunch of feds and then paying them out down the line because they didn’t want to use appropriate procedures.

They are here illegally. If they wanted to apply for asylum, they could have done that when they showed up. Instead they wait until they are caught. This is just an attempt to avoid deportation, not actual fear of something from which they are requesting sanctuary.

The ones who are being apprehended are being "caught" at the courts and jobs, you know, doing the right thing and being apprehended anyhow.

Wrong. the supreme Court has stated that being in the country illegally is not, in and of itself, a crime. The democrats are asking for due process, something that is in our constitution. The GOP is happy to have a new, American style SS, simply grab people off the streets and send them to gulags, irrespective of status, including native born American citizens. Deportation is not a punishment. It is the civil remedy for entering without authorization.

And think about what isn't happening...ATF staffing doing aTF jobs, FBI counterterrorism, not doing their jobs, FBI domestic terrorism, not doing their jobs. We are going to have more catastrophic events because there is no one minding the store.

They wear masks because the nuts on the left are doxxing them and threatening them and their families.

Actual law enforcement is supposed to have a badge displayed and warrants. These guys have neither. For all we know, they are J6ers cosplaying cops and simply kidnapping brown people for their own trafficking goals.

Who says they don’t have badges? They do not need to have them displayed to the general public. They identify themselves to the subjects they take into custody. That’s all that is required.

They do not need a judicial warrant to take an illegal alien into custody in a place open to the public. They have administrative warrants for specific targets that authorizes what they are doing. If they encounter another illegal alien while attempting to contact a target they have the authority to take them into custody as well.
