Capital or any club should notify those parents/players that their kid is getting possibly moved up or down... No ethical or elite club blindsides players especially if they are movign them down. Hopefully all players have been forewarned and put on notice. Does anyone have experience with being moved up or down with Caputal that they can share how it was handled?

Capital does. They have conversations with girls who are on the bubble of either getting moved down or cut completely weeks in advance of tryouts. Decisions on movement are made with the tryout going into soph year.

How many years have they done this that you know of? It couldn't have been more than 2 or 3, could it?
