| How much worse is bone-in chicken breast if you don't eat the skin? It tastes sooooo much better with the bone! I just discovered this recentry...obviously there are times where boneless is better, but for many recipes I'd rather use bone-in and am wondering why it doesn't get more love. Is it just not as healthy? Or is it ease/versatility? |

It's definitely ease and versatility. But I'm with you...anything save for a stir fry or nuggets is best with bone in breasts.
As far as fat , calories and health attributes are concerned, there is no difference between chicken cooked with the skin on or off as long as the skin is discarded. Enjoy! |
