| Need to use the salmon in my fridge before it goes bad. Any quick suggestions for how to cook it? |
| Mix mustard (whole grain or dijon) with honey, salt & pepper. Coat salmon with mixture and bake approx 15 min at 400. Yum! |
| i often do a lazier version of the PP's recipe--spread dijon mustard on a salmon filet, then plop it into a hot non-stick pan with a little olive oil, cook on both sides for 3 min or so. tastes good and it's fast. |
