Salmon for dinner - ideas for how to cook?

Need to use the salmon in my fridge before it goes bad. Any quick suggestions for how to cook it?

Mix mustard (whole grain or dijon) with honey, salt & pepper. Coat salmon with mixture and bake approx 15 min at 400. Yum!

i often do a lazier version of the PP's recipe--spread dijon mustard on a salmon filet, then plop it into a hot non-stick pan with a little olive oil, cook on both sides for 3 min or so. tastes good and it's fast.

OP here.... Thank you for the ideas! I bake the salmon tonight...delicious! I will try it on the stove next.
