Paella with shellfish fully cooked Saturday night-still safe to eat today?

I would think yes, as long as it still smells ok.

My DH is a microbiologist. I am ALWAYS asking him this question... and he ALWAYS has the same reply: if it looks o.k. and smells o.k. and tastes o.k. - it's OK! Harmful bacteria growing in food always has, at the very least, an off flavor - it looks, smells, and tastes BAD. You spit it out, and that's it. (Still, I ask.)
