Or have cars be clearly labeled so they slash the tires and have activists block them in the streets. Or agents be unmasked so they can threaten agents at home.

Wearing a vest with ICE is not identifying yourself as an ICE agent. ICE does does not identify the people that are apprehending. Therefore do nit know if they are US citizens, legal or illegal.

That is because Trump has reduced illegal immigration at the border by over 90%. Combined with deportations from inside the country, the illegal immigrant population has actually dropped rather than rising by millions as it would have with a Democrat presidency.

I have no idea if the agents pulled up in unmarked or marked vehicles. One illegal migrant ran. He attempted to enter a medical clinic to avoid capture. This is not a childhood game. There is no "home base" where you are safe from other people.

ICE agents are not obligated to identify themselves to the people in the clinic. Everyone there could see their ICE Police vests.

ICE utilizes administrative warrants. There are no paper copies to show anyone. No law enforcement officer shows anyone a warrant during an arrest in public.

Private property isn't a viable excuse when an illegal migrant runs in to evade capture. "Exigent circumstances" override the need for a judicial warrant to enter private property.

The people inside the clinic most certainly interfered with the official duties of ICE agents. They could be subject to prosecution.

You can buy these on Amazon for $20. That is why people are asking for badges and/or ID's. There have been a lot of people posing as ICE and effecting kidnappings. Do you understand why people are fighting back? They don't know if they are being detained by ICE or rando kidnappers.

Democrats do not want to ensure that it is ICE doing the arrests and not a rando kidnapper. They want to prevent ICE from making arrests. They would like to have ICE follow as many procedures as possible so they can assist the illegals in how to evade arrest. Things like tell them you are not the person they are looking for. Or have cars be clearly labeled so they slash the tires and have activists block them in the streets. Or agents be unmasked so they can threaten agents at home.

Why are ICE agents so special? Elected officials don’t go around masked and many get death threats, have been shot, or have been killed as happened recently. Attorneys and judges don’t wear masks, and some of them have been threatened or killed. Lots of people in the public eye who do unpopular things don’t have the privilege of going around masked all day while doing their jobs.
