Bradley Hills Pres. Church Nursery School in Bethesda - Opinions?

Anonymous
Any recent opinions/feedback on Bradley Hills Pres. Church Nursery School in Bethesda? I did a search and found some posts from a few years back that were very positive. I've heard mostly positive comments from friends but have heard a few negative. For example, I've been told that it a large(r) preschool and it feels large in that the kids don't get a ton of individualized, personal attention from the teachers. For example, I was told that while the teachers complete an evaluation for each kid, the evaluation is fairly generic, suggesting to this mom that teacher did not know her DS very well. Another mom commented to me that the teachers - while kind and professional - do not interact much with parents and provide minimal to no feedback/coversation about the children. Friends that have children at other preschools have told me that the teachers would email or call them to discuss their kid and things that they are working on with the kid...

My kids went to BHPCNS. I'd say that your comments are accurate, based on my experience as a (recent) former parent at the school.

OP here - is this typical of nursery schools or can/should I expect more? I'm a first-time mommy and looking for guidance. I don't want to be too demanding but at the same time I guess I was hoping that my DS's nursery school experience would be special and personal to him.

I'm the first PP. I only have had one experience, that of sending my kids to Bradley Hills, so I'm not sure how common or unusual this is. I will say that Bradley Hills was the least expensive of all the preschools we looked at in the Bethesda area and usually the more expensive schools are smaller and likely have more individual attention.

We did not choose to pursue placement in Bradley Hills due to the lack of diversity in the classroooms.
