I'm not sure I buy this. But if I thought he had any kind of facial issue, then it's probably connected to those weird speech problems he had a few weeks ago, which predates his illness.

It's definitely green screen. The shadows do not look right. Look at the shadow on his jacket as he raises his hands. the light isn't coming from the same angle as it is in the background. Look at the shadows on the White House. He's in a studio under studio lights.

The use of videos is controlled. He cannot be seen in public. But he wants you to think he's outside, in great shape. Anyone can prop themselves up for a few minutes indoors in a studio. If it doesn't work, he can reshoot later.

I want to see him in person, like when he was huffing and puffing after climbing a few stairs at the WH the day he returned from Walter Reed.
