For that to happen, Trump, Pence and Ryan would all have to resign/be removed in very short order -- once Trump is hypothetically out, Pence would have to be out too soon to get a new VP confirmed AND at the same time Ryan would have to be out as speaker before Trump/Pence were both out.

The timing even matches up with Trump's tweets that day.
