5'2 and 124 pounds Skin Care: Retin-A (used it for about 20 years), daily sunscreen and moisturizer Fitness: Gym daily (Monday through Friday, 45-60 minutes), Hiking on weekends and Yoga on Sunday mornings No alcohol, no sodas, plenty of water, one cup of coffee in the morning (home brewed), Tulsi teas throughout the day and evening Mostly home-cooked meals (dinner out once or twice a month with my boyfriend) and I pack my lunch for work 6-8 hours of sleep per night |
Oh and haircut/color every 8-10 weeks and I do my own nails. No botox or any other cosmetic treatments. I do treat myself to a Korean facial once a year during spa day with my girlfriends. |
I hope one of those shower days is the night before going into the office. People can smell their BO. |

Is NARS tinted moisturizer about equivalent to using the primer with SPF and light reflecting foundation?
I mean I find that foundation not to be that heavy coverage wise. But haven't tried the tinted moisturizer. |

same girl, same. This was the laugh I needed today. |
Hi Peleton Friend, Can I suggest Tretnoin in place of Olay? The higher dosage will 2x (or more) your results. |
Yes this - plus a youthful exuberance and plenty of curiosity. I'm 61 and my DH (25 years) is 50. Nobody can guess my age. oh, I got a natural bristle skin brush which I use with the soap - because I don't want to get those weird fibroblasts around my nose. It's working so far? Who knows - it's all genetics. My mom had good skin. |

I’m almost 49.
Beauty - gel manicures every other week, color my roots at home every three weeks, occasional pedicure. I cut my own hair. Cetaphil + retinol at night and I use Olay lotion with sunscreen in the morning. I’m very lucky to have great skin for a fair-skinned person. Minimal makeup. Fitness - solidcore ~4 times/week, regular walking, a hard Peloton ride or two/week. Foam rolling and stretching daily. solidcore and the manicures are my largest expenses. I pay about $300/month for both. They bring me a lot of happiness, so it feels well worth the cost. |

I too shower about three times a week. Yoga weekly and lots of walks. I don’t drink alcohol and try to eat lots of vegetables and drink water. Haircuts 2x a year. I’m starting to get gray hairs but do not care. Bleach my mustache every couple weeks. This is a new post menopause thing. Curl my eyelashes and wear lipstick occasionally. I’ve just started using tret along with a face cleanser and moisturizer. Before this I had zero skincare routine other than sunscreen in the summer. I’m annoyed at the flaking with tret but am trying to stick with it since everyone talks it up so much. I’m not sure it’s worth the bother though. |
