Learned it from Alito apparently. |
Who is protecting Menendez?
He’s been doing this for years! |
No, they can’t. Menendez still hasn’t stepped down. |
You didn't address the post above. Resignation is one thing. Expulsion is another. Menendez does not need to resign in order to be expelled. |
Democrats are corrupted as hell, especially this guy. |
Menendez is very corrupt, but Democrats can't get rid of him. |
Everything he is accused of is legal if you push it through a pac or lobbyists. |
Can, but won’t. |
They won't get 2/3's votes to expel. |
I'm thinking not. ![]() |
Go back a few pages and this is all explained. You need two thirds of the whole Senate and I think of the Republicans only Romney has said he should resign. |
They lived in the same house, slept in the same bed, and they had "NO IDEA" what their wives were doing. |
Bob Menedez’ defense attorneys are making this argument at the moment. Ridiculous! |
Why haven’t Democrats expelled Menendez yet? |
Because he is innocent, as a matter of constitutional law. He is being tried in court, and the jury is the “finder of fact,” here. The finder of fact has NOT found him guilty. Ergo: - as a matter of fact, he is not guilty. (yet). You should know this, PP. or didn’t you learn basic civics in high school? |
