I think the difference with Harry though is that he doesn’t have the resources that Charles and Will as the King and heir have. Like William has tons of money he controls himself through the various duchies. If Kate were to get fed up she doesn’t have any real options. Her parents are broke, she’s not aristocratic so her place in those circles might be dicey, and I feel like the BRF is kinda stingy with the divorce settlements. Kate would do just fine in a divorce. Diana got this settlement after she spilled the dirt. Imagine how much Kate could negotiate if she agreed to sign a confidentiality agreement. The BRF likely wouldn’t survive yet another scandal and Charles is smart enough to know that.

Original source of the Rose rumor was an Earl’s daughter. Enty literally makes up anything to drive traffic to his website. Even the original premise that he was an in demand lawyer who has enough free time to do all that was only believable to the brain dead.
