MCPS did not and, in fact, never has complained to me. I don't know why people like you insist on telling outright lies. |
Feeds the Q crowd. |
Q as in quality. Mcps knows how to be anonymous. |
Oof: "B-CC principal testifies he made up quote in email centered in racism defamation case"
https://bethesdamagazine.com/2025/07/17/bcc-quote-email-racism-defamation/ |
Oof indeed. He could have sent that letter without the quote and still made his point. Definitely shows some bad judgment. |
+1. And "The letter was also read and edited by several administrators in the MCPS central office in Rockville"! Bad judgment all around. |
How is Mooney, and his supervisors, not fired for fabricating quotes in public communications? |
Jesus. This is going to be a massive "send a message" kind of verdict. Why the hell didn't MCPS settle? It had to have come out in pretrial discovery that the quote was fabricated. |
Also noting that the "previous incident" referred to earlier in this thread is also suspect. Mr. Engler apparently used a slur as he was speaking a Muhammad Ali quote. The idea that you cannot say certain words based on the color of your skin, even if you are using them properly, for education, in context, is strange to me. I hope Mr. Engler is victorious in his lawsuit. |
Daniel Engler did nothing wrong. Just like with Douglas Nelson, he is being attacked just for being White. |
MCPS is incredibly arrogant, that's why. |
Is this guy going to get to keep his job after this? This is not mere incompetence; he is going to cost the district—and by extension taxpayers—a lot of money.
Can he at least be demoted? |
Not to mention his supervisors in CO who approved the message! Sheesh!🙄 |
By other "white" dudes? |
