Lowell School and Bullying?

I have heard through the grapevine that a student is leaving Lowell due to bullying. I have no idea whether it's the alleged bully or the victim that is leaving. I know nothing more than what I've just said. I post only because I would be interested to hear from anyone who knows about this, or who knows about bullying in general at Lowell. Lowell is high on our list of schools because we've always had the impression that it was touchy-feely and very nurturing.
