Zohran Mamdani...

A lot of young voters who were people of color from Queens etc, kids of immigrants. These are not all super privileged people as much as you are happy to mock them.

This economic prominence led to resentment and anti-Indian sentiment among some native Ugandans, especially as African entrepreneurs sought opportunities in the economy and civil service that were largely held by Indians.

What does this have to do with anything? Indians are half the global population so it’s not surprising to see more Indians rise in politics. Nikki Haley is Indian and nobody seems to notice because she changed her name

DP. Nikki Haley is an American, you utter dunce. She "changed her name" when she married, just like the vast majority of married women do.
And India makes up only 17.5% of the global population. Go peddle your lies elsewhere.

https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/countries-by-percentage-of-world-population.html

She changed her first name you dunce(nothing to do with marital name) and the Indian population also includes the diaspora populations.
India has the largest diaspora in the world and their census is severely outdated. 2 billion people live in India and 35 million outside of India.
That is going to be half the global population soon when the boomers in Europe and the us die and low birth rates take us out

Puerto Ricans pay us taxes and serve in the us military. They contribute and are not a welfare state. We put toxic chemicals and use it for target practice as a thank you. This may seem dumb to you because you don’t get NYC has a large Puerto Rican population. AOC didn’t sprout from nowhere. She’s going to be the 2028 front runner so you better get used to this

What’s sad is you’re completely wrong . Cuomo actually got the vote of the retirees and the people with little to no income. Mamdani received the working class vote. It’s shameful yet not surprising Democrats fall into cheap Republican tropes about liberal socialism being the emblem of the unemployed. It is an insult to the public that’s already disgusted of the Democrats and the Republicans. This new bill among others will hopefully be the final line in the sand to end trickle down /top down Reaganomics once and for all.

2028 is going to be a brutal awakening for the Democratic establishment. Wait till the podcasters start running for president

Trump, Cuomo and Adams are weaponizing Mamdani as an anti-semite for their own political purposes. Thee non-Jews. Don't fall for it.
Adam’s is corrupt and did a horrible this last term. He got nothing done, the city hasn’t looked this bad since the early 90s. The only reason he’s not a felon is he made a deal with the devil (trump) and sold out the city in exchange for the charges on him being dropped. How is he even relevant.
He took money from Turkish money launderers who probably have funded actual terror groups for all we know and he’s friends with Kanye west- a proud anti semite. He spends his days partying in nightclubs and drinking, while Cuomo spends his time trying to get interns to touch his crotch. They both are not going to be staying up at night worrying about New Yorkers or how to make their lives better. I think Mamdani has the interest to help New Yorkers
R u talking about the free Turkish hotel upgrade? Lol.

Read the details PP. Then report back with actual facts of the witch hunt.
About $100k in flights to Turkey, France, Sri Lanka and China and free hotels or discounted suites at places like the Four Seasons.

Some info that was on the DOJ report -

“In 2018, a Turkish entrepreneur, who helped arrange one of Adams’s early trips to Turkey, texted with Adam’s liaison about giving Adams an illegal donation through a straw donor with US citizenship, according to the indictment: “We’ll make the donation through an American citizen in the US … A Turk … I’ll give cash to him in Turkey … Or I’ll send it to an American … He will make a donation to you.”

Later that year, Adams met with a wealthy Turkish businessman who owned a Turkish university. Though he was a foreign national, Adams texted his liaison that the businessman was “ready to help” and didn’t “want his willing to help be waisted [sic]”.” Hehe on the waisted.

In return Turkey government pushed Adams to open a high rise embassy across from the UN. The building is called Turkevi Center. Adams was indicted on a bribery charge for allegedly pressuring city fire department officials to open it in time for Erdogam’s visit. The opening was ultimately approved, despite significant concerns in the department over outstanding fire safety issues.

There was enough there to indict him but Trump stepped in with a bribe of his own and Adams went with it. I can’t imagine all he got away with.

What is sad is that 2024 should have been the wake up call. And Mamdani’s election should have been yet another.

Oh, now all of a sudden MAGA cares about truthfulness and antisemitism.

Over the past decade, Trumpism has groomed the electorate to accept that no one gets held accountable for anything. How adorable of you to think anyone would care about your drummed-up concerns.

BiBi is right here in DC. Zohran should back up his threat to arrest BiBi:

- come on down to D.C., Zohran. Make a “citizens arrest.” BiBi is right here; why not?

Can't wait for AOC and Mamdani to issue hundreds of EOs in 2028.

Why is that an "only" statement? Younger voters' votes are somehow lesser than, less worthy or countable?

Nice! Only in America! So generous.

Were you in a coma for 20 years? Wasn’t Obama from a Kenyan father and Kansan mother by way of Kennedy and the peace corps? Obviously his parents were baby Marxists too. They met in “Russian language” class.

None of this is new or astounding and yes it is American.

It’s just as random as the guy who hosted beauty pageants, a competition show of D list stars, and guest star of Home Alone becoming president.

America is the land of anythings possible.

Obama had a white christian American mom and was raised by his UMC white christian grandparents in Hawaii.

Mamdani had two Muslim SE Asian non-American parents who met when the mom was working on a film in Africa.

They hate India and are pro-Pakistan so after the Uganda stint they moved to America on the dad’s Columbia University work visa. Eventually they all applied for and got citizenship in 2017.

Obama’s mother doesn’t strike as Christian. Nonetheless what’s wrong with two Muslim parents?

Mamdani’s mom is Hindu anyhow and his stepdad is Jewish so it’s ridiculous that you’re making Mamdani to be some sort of extremist racist. Look in the mirror

PP, how does Nair's first husband qualify as a stepdad?

And the PP to you has no idea what they are spewing.

Anything to discredit a historic sweeping win with record turnout for a primary there.
