Earning points against teams 8,9, & 10 (bottom third of the conference) is a good start. FVU11s are going to have to be a complete rebuild, including the HC, to be a serious contender in this league and that takes time. How much time does your DD have with recruiting years starting soon?

Your parents are doing the right thing by celebrating the little stuff. Gotta stay positive but please don’t hate on teams 1-6.

Good luck the rest of the season and in your showcases. March is coming.

Thank you for your attention in this matter!
and the rest is facts. If you go GA next year you can be part of the rebuild. We can be sideline gym bros and both run out when we don’t agree with calls. Think about it!!!

This same rumor has been going around for years. I swear pp said they had insight formal info last year and Arl made announcement.

FVU dads last hope is Arl to GA.
don't worry if they keep shooting straight to the keeper they are going to get no where. Their whole offence sucked that game. Instagram starts, that's all they are. you all know what kids I'm talking about.

Arl parents weren't right calling kids out but you are also not right calling the Arl kids out...

Parents have a huge influence on the coaches decisions. Especially with teams that don’t have the coaching qualifications needed for this level. Player performance/development isn’t evaluated on a week by week basis.

And what are the right qualifications?

If you have to ask you clearly don’t have the qualifications.

I don’t think ECNL requires a certain level. Some clubs do, some don’t. It seems all ECNL requires is that their own yearly requirements are met through their coaching center. But I am not an expert, basing this off of 20 minutes of google searching. If you have done less research on it than this, you might want to qualify that you have no idea what you are saying. Or not, I was just curious, you should try being a little more curious…

Actually surprised how they were able to keep it under the lid considering but they got the coaching swap before they went to the playoffs so something wasn’t right before then. Their old coach doesn’t seem to be coaching any team this year as well.

same can be said for LO from FVU. Maybe they hit burnout experience wise in the area and move on. Or they pull a move like one did with the fvu10s. Check that thread out. It’s enlightening.

Hopefully it wasn’t anything disturbing that got him punted. I just assumed parents demanded more results for those playoff chances. As all parents should who are paying over 4k a year.

The fact that he isn't coaching any teams this year would seem to be a signal that something is amiss. Particularly when almost everyone else in leadership at the club has one or more teams. But then again, they didn't fire him. So who knows. Perhaps he was on a 2 year contract.
