Parents have a huge influence on the coaches decisions. Especially with teams that don’t have the coaching qualifications needed for this level. Player performance/development isn’t evaluated on a week by week basis. |
And what are the right qualifications? |
If you have to ask you clearly don’t have the qualifications. |
Just need a C license I think |
| Db don’t have a c |
| I don’t think ECNL requires a certain level. Some clubs do, some don’t. It seems all ECNL requires is that their own yearly requirements are met through their coaching center. But I am not an expert, basing this off of 20 minutes of google searching. If you have done less research on it than this, you might want to qualify that you have no idea what you are saying. Or not, I was just curious, you should try being a little more curious… |
Actually surprised how they were able to keep it under the lid considering but they got the coaching swap before they went to the playoffs so something wasn’t right before then. Their old coach doesn’t seem to be coaching any team this year as well. |
same can be said for LO from FVU. Maybe they hit burnout experience wise in the area and move on. Or they pull a move like one did with the fvu10s. Check that thread out. It’s enlightening. Hopefully it wasn’t anything disturbing that got him punted. I just assumed parents demanded more results for those playoff chances. As all parents should who are paying over 4k a year. |
The fact that he isn't coaching any teams this year would seem to be a signal that something is amiss. Particularly when almost everyone else in leadership at the club has one or more teams. But then again, they didn't fire him. So who knows. Perhaps he was on a 2 year contract. |
