The per capita crime rate in red areas is significantly higher than in blue areas. Fact.
Also fact, immigrants, legal or otherwise, commit crimes at a much lower rate than natural born Americans.

What is due process for illegal immigrants?


They can file for a hearing in immigration court, seeking asylum, withholding of removal, or convention against torture protection.

However, if they have arrived within the last two years, they qualify for expedited removal, and the due process is much less.

I’m more concerned about Stephen Miller’s desire for a country with 100m people that look like him than I am about the fact that there are indeed illegal immigrants committing terrible crimes. DP. I can't speak for the PP but I think the choice of Sudan is very troubling given that it's undergoing a civil war and a humanitarian crisis. Things are so bad there that the U.S. Embassy in Khartoum has suspended operations.

All administrations have deported migrants from countries that wouldn't take them back to third countries, but those third countries tended to be more politically stable, like Mexico, Guatemala, or Costa Rica. Sending someone who is not from there to Sudan, Djibouti, or CECOT in El Salvador is not reasonable. Justices Sotomayor and Jackson recently argued that deporting migrants to a war-torn country like South Sudan risked torture or death, violating international obligations like the Convention Against Torture. The administration’s decision to hold the migrants in Djibouti was also criticized for subjecting them and the ICE officers guarding them to harsh conditions, including extreme heat and threats of rocket attacks.

It is not Sudan where they are being sent, but South Sudan which is not in a civil war, but separated from Sudan about 15 years ago as part of the civil war. The government there will not be submitting anyone to torture or death, so Convention Against Torture does not apply.
The only reason they had to hold them in Djibouti was because this federal judge illegally issued an injunction, and the higher courts took to long to overturn the lawlessness.

There is no protection under the Convention Against Torture. Risk of crime, kidnapping, and armed conflict is not torture. It just means it is not a nice country to be in. Illegal immigrants don't get to take advantage of the law and their home country's refusal to take them back to say in America.

Crossing a border into the US is a civil violation, not a crime, and those who do so should not be treated as criminals.

The civil remedy for crossing the border is detention and deportation. It is righting a wrong, not a punishment.

Judging from the number of criminal illegal aliens already arrested by ICE in places like Fairfax County, Boston, LA, NY, and other sanctuary jurisdictions, I would say hundred or thousands of criminal aliens is an underestimate. They have arrested around 2800 just in LA.

This is where your argument fails. Democrats are not opposed to deporting people who shouldn't be here. In fact, Obama and Biden deported at a higher rate than Trump did. The problem right now is that ICE is capturing people off the streets and without due process, shipping them off to foreign gulags. Trump said there were millions of criminals in the US illegally. Fine, go get them and deport them. Snatching people off the streets are who are going through the process legally, or who are green card holder or who are otherwise not criminals is simply cruel.
