can you ask for your child to be transferred to a different FCPS school if he is bullied?

My elementary school-aged DC is being bullied in school , but it's virtually impossible to catch the bullies as it as they are being very insidious. It's basically their word against his.
Can I ask for my child to be transferred to another school? What would be the procedure?

I don't know the answer but I wanted to offer my support. You are such a good parent to take this so seriously. Good luck to you and your child. My friend ended up home-schooling over this issue.

Not likely. Especially without rock solid proof.
