BLC is not playing up, they are playing where they are suppose to be. They had a tough schedule in the fall and did fine. They are not playing their best right now, period.
They are a very strong team, good for them. It will be interesting to see where they all end up in a year when BLC ends
They will end up all fighting each other and their friends on other local teams for spots at Capital
TBD. They should have lots of options, with many of their players already in MD. And a good number of quality 30 teams at that age. Would guess many will need to assess the trajectory of Capital, if it turns back up, etc.

Fairly certain Capital will have their pick of the best 2030 girls in the area. Where else would the best players go?

No interest in staying with their club?
Some will stay with M&D, Hero’s, YJMA, or MDU. Even MCE is an option

I’m not sure MCE even exists any more. Someone pointed out their website doesn’t exist any more.

A team that combines the best of BLC, YJMA and stars would be a legitimate top 5 team.

That team will be mostly BLC players and no, not a top 5 team.

I’m really going to miss the consistent arrogance of the 2030 BLC team when they go away in a year, hopefully they continue to express their feelings of superiority as they move to new endeavors

No chance. You really think they will be in line with Heroes Green, M&D Black and HHH? 26 Capital Blue is ranked 16.

BLC Blue 26 was ranked #77 in eighth grade. The good players from that team blended with the area’s best at Capital to reach as high as a #7 ranking and those girls committed to insane schools (Yale, Princeton, Michigan, Army, Duke, Harvard, Denver, Dartmouth). BLC Blue 29 is currently ranked #21 — the team has already shown it can compete at a high level (lost by 1 to M&D DC this year, ranked #11 at the time). Many M&D DC players will switch to Capital next year, and that blended team will be a problem for the clubs you note (which will make few changes to their current rosters). For comparison, BLC Blue 25 was ranked #221 in eighth grade and Capital Blue 25 ended with a #2 ranking).
