20% off Bed Bath and Beyond coupon usable on Baby Jogger?

Anonymous
Anyone know if Buy Buy Baby will let me use the 20% BB&B coupon on a Baby Jogger stroller? I know there are tons of restrictions when it comes to brands--is Baby Jogger one of them? I'd love to be able to save more than just the 10% registry completion discount...

OP - Call a BB&B store and ask. They'll let you know what's covered over the phone.

I would read the fine print on the BB&B coupon. I know that for a while there were some products excluded from BBB coupons that weren't excluded from BB&B coupons. I would have expected them to close this loophole by now, but it's always worth checking.

Bed Bath and Beyond doesn't actually exclude the things their coupons exclude either, though I think BBB does. If you can order it through Bed Bath and Beyond off their website you can take the coupon to the store and they'll order it for you, using the coupon, though you pay shipping. Depending on the cost of the item it may or may not be a good deal.

13:07 again. When I bought a Babyjogger I believe REI with one of those members 20% off coupons was the best deal by far.

We just tried to use a 20% Bed, Bath, B coupon at BBB for the Babyjogger stroller, and they wouldn't let us... it does say on the coupon specifically that Babyjogger (and many many other stroller companies) are excluded, also it is an 'in store only' coupon....
We've received many Bed, Bath coupons ... they are all in store use only... how do you get the online ones??
We've not received a single BBB coupon... even though we registered there... anyone know why?

The only BBB coupons we've ever gotten are the $5 off $15 purchase that come in the circulars, and we also registered there five months ago. I guess they just assume people will use the BB&B coupons.

YOU don't order it off the website, you take the coupon into the store and they order it off their website for you, shipped to your home, with the coupon. But again, it would have to be available on the Bed Bath and Beyond website, not BBB.

BBB mails out coupons every few months. I can't remember how we got on the list, but I think you may have to fill something out in the store. They are instore only too. You can use BB&B coupons in the store at BBB. Sometimes if something is available only online, I think you can have the store order it while you are there and be able to use the coupon that way.

You can also use BRU coupons or Great Beginnings coupons at BBB. Actually all 3 stores accept each others coupons.

For Baby Jogger, I think all of them exclude that brand from their coupons. I am also thinking of getting one, and was wondering if I could use the Diapers.com new customer discount on them. Anyone know?

You can? I didn't know that, thanks! And thanks to everyone else for the info.

The Bed Bath & Beyond and Buy Buy Baby coupons I have both say in the fine print that they cannot be used on Baby Jogger products. My BRU coupons say the same thing. Boo. We bought a City Mini last month using the registry completion coupon and they did accept that at Buy Buy Baby.

Looks like they do sell Baby Jogger on the BB&B website, so if you take a coupon into the store they will let you use it on one, but you pay shipping to you. May or may not be worth it but you can play with the shipping calculator to see.

I own no fewer than 3 products from BB&B purchased with coupons that declared them excluded. Seems to be store policy to ignore their fine print, surprised it hasn't gotten them into legal trouble.

NP. Just checked -- shipping is $19.99; 20% would save you close to $50, plus tax. So it would save a little bit of $$ to go this route.

I just successfully tried this at Bed, Bath and Beyond in Sterling on a Baby Jogger Summit XC. With the 20% coupon, the total price was around $358 with tax and shipping fees. They said nothing about exclusions.

Also, I know in the past REI once offered discounts on Bob and Baby Jogger strollers at their annual sale for members; however, this is no longer allowed. Both brands are excluded from the 20% discount.

REI usually puts the strollers on sale at those times though.
