I fail to see how an employee gag order is the same as a family member gag order, especially when there was abuse.

It was not a family NDA. It was a business NDA covering Miraval and its shareholders. It was a business contract.

There has never been proven to be any abuse, only her unproven allegations. I don’t understand why she keeps bringing her irrelevant allegations into a contractual dispute. It’s obvious she is trying to misdirect the judge and the public.

The allegations aren't irrelevant since what she filed in family cause him to try and negotiate their deal. If Brad didn't want mixing of the two cases then he shouldn't have kept it separate on his end.

Rumors are Shiloh wants to move in with him when she turns 18 on 5/27. I suspect she won’t leave until the twins can go with her.

I agree that Pitt did not show mature/sound judgment to get involved with her in the first place, given what was known about her. I suppose like anyone with a huge ego, he thought she would change.

Also, why would he bring up her instability in the Miraval lawsuit? As others have pointed out, that's an issue regarding their business/home. The child custody is where her mental instability should have been brought up. No? Reports from the plane are that he stated that she was ruining the family. Clearly there was an issue that he chose not to make public.

I think Jolie for what ever reason wanted out. Started head games with the kids and when the opportunity arose used it to her advantage. She was making sure she didn’t grow old alone.

Eventually the kids will figure it out but probably late in life.

Stories of them both being out of control and rough with each. Pitt was the only one appearing with a black eye from “tripping going UP the stairs”.

I think you’re right. She wanted out and she wanted custody/the kids to herself. She exploited the plane flight to keep him from getting custody.

BTW, the article below says the plane flight was about Brad’s belief that Jolie was trying to alienate him from his children. She was already planting the seeds of her parental alienation before the plane flight.
