It was hilarious!

I can't believe Gingrich's latest--"if you quote what I said, you are lying, because it was false" or some nonsense to that effect.

Where do they get the notion that this guy is smart?

Everything is relative. Compared to the morons in the Tea Party he may well be smart.

I don't think it is important to Gingrich what liberals, or even moderate Republicans think of him at this point. If he can convince the tea party that he is being persecuted by the "liberal media", he probably figures it helps him in the primaries. It's not about truth of logic, it's about votes.
