In 2024 the ATF initiated 24,208 firearms cases. 7,432 were prosecuted.
The majority (96%) of individuals sentenced for federal firearms offenses were United States citizens.


So no, we are not safer now that ICE is running around Home Depot. Construction sites, meat packing factories, farms and restaurant kitchens rounding up people at their jobs.

Their first law breaking activity is entering illegally.

Many of those arrested have been previously arrested for other crimes. And others have been arrested for reentering after previous deportation.

They then they go and break another law.

A final removal order is not a criminal conviction.

Keep in mind that when these immigrants are justifiably captured and removed they will be conveniently classified by activists as immigrants that were “never convicted of any crime.”

No one here knows how many of these “innocent’ immigrants in detention have removal orders. Their capture could be 100% legal.

people need to understand that much of the federal law enforcement apparatus has been shifted to cases like this, and away from the actual gangs and counter terrorism they were trained for, leaving our country much more exposed than before.

Illegal immigration- it is illegal.

And the Supreme Court, on multiple cases, affirmed that simply being in the country illegally does not constitute a crime.

They are still subject to deportation.
And there is a law being enforced now, requiring all aliens to register with the government. Failure to register is a felony offense.
