Where are they vocal? And do you live in Spring Valley? Or did you just see a geographic voter registration list and yet again opine as an outsider? |
Name them. They are probably all members of the other clubs which they frequent more often. |
DP. “Opining” says it all. Cosmos is a great location. I am laughing at this poster. Seriously? You need to get out more. Have you seen their wall of members? It is the most distinguished group of all. |
DP. We live in Spring Valley/Kent ares and yes there is a large group of families that all support Maga and they belong to the clubs above. |
DP. Yes we live in Spring Valley. This is well known which makes me think maybe you do not live in DC as you said? Spring Valley has a large group of families that support Maga and they all belong to the clubs above. They are quite open above it. |
Ohh shoot I love the idea of a murder mystery in this setting, but I read the author’s first book, and while it was so sad how her fathers greed created such trauma for her, everything she described about her family and upbringing was so obviously paper-card mcmansion new money but she very clearly thinks she’s waspy because she could feasibly look the part. |
There were more Trump Officials in T45 reign that were not tattooed rednecks, hillbillies, really ugly, or all 3. |
I know about 15-20 families that all are very public/vocal supporters of Maga that live in Spring Valley, Kent, Wesley Heights area and they all belong to Chevy and also some to either Met or Sulgrave. This is not a secret. |
+1 Lots of them in Spring Valley, for whatever reason |
BC that is where smart money lives in DC

The money is almost always inherited. So it's not the brightest bulbs. Among rich people scenes, it's not particularly interesting. Generally, the men are not particularly clever or did anything interesting with their lives. They are often "financial advisors." Life is a golf club for them. And the women are often very fraught and... I don't know. Not great at genuine connection. It's a little scene, but I would not look at these people as some kind of aspirational thing. LA and NY are far more more interesting. There seems to be more pressure on inherited wealth to at least do something with the wealth and make something of themselves. But the rich in DC are perfectly content to be douchebags at Congressional or Chevy Chase and float. |
