Bathroom usage: Would you contact the school?

Our daughters school implemented similar rules after apparent constant vandalism and some students abusing their privileges. While I understand the need to apply some control, it victimizes students that do the right thing. It is especially difficult for students that are anxious or have soiling problems.

Also this is a middle school - girls have their periods at this age. If you have a heavy flow or are just anxious about leaks a girl may have to go to the bathroom several times a day
